Study is impossible, so many wrong answers and the discussion comments very often take you away from truth. Here is a video where it clearly explains that private IP ranges are supported and recommended for use: https://youtu.be/MbKp4XQTS9A I tried myself. There is no error when you add private range. YYN

N-Y-N. I don't think Microsoft can see private IP of a user. The webrequest/communication to Microsoft 365 is natted for sure by proxy or home router or internet gateway.
