If it was a quality update for computer 2, then you could uninstall the update but since it is a FEATURE update you will have to go back to a previous version.

I would personally mark Computer1 = Restore from a system restore point Computer2 = Go back to a previous version of Windows 10 but the answer for this question from examtopics might be right considering what I told in the previous roll back the feature update question. Now, from what I have searched, you will be able to uninstall a feature update from Programs and Features > View installed updates > Installed Updates (Uninstall an update title)

Feature Updates are available through Control Panel > Programs and Features > View installed updates > Installed Updates. I just got the 22H2 version available for uninstallation from it. But the question being old, the answers remains the same.
