Definitely A, when you search C online the function is wrong and getting deprecated. Set-CsOnlineApplicationInstance - Note: The use of this cmdlet for assigning phone numbers has been deprecated. Use the new Set-CsPhoneNumberAssignment and Remove-CsPhoneNumberAssignment cmdlets instead.

The answer should be A. since in the calling plan if you want to assign number to resourse account it must be a service number.

Should ba A. Cause number is already ported but the number he is looking for to assign is not showing, it is because that number was ported as user number. You can make a request to MSFT to change the number type.

Selected Answer: A
The question is about calling plans and it states the number is not available to be selected this will be because the number will be a subscriber number not a service number. Subscribers are for users Service for everything else.

In addition to that, the command is even outdated that makes it even worse to guess. The current command to assign numbers is "Set-CsPhoneNumberAssignment".
