Answers shown are correct. 1. Dataverse for Teams. Easy keyword here is the one million limit. Obviously, the main Dataverse doesn't do that (its limit is upwards of 2 billion or more). 2. Dataverse. APIs and plugins aren't supported by Dataverse for Teams, instead it's more of a limited/targeted set of features specifically for Teams.
