Selected Answer: B
According to this 'if you edit a sensitivity label, the version of the label that was applied to the document remains in effect' So the answer is Absolutely B, as the question does not mention the user reapplying the label. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/compliance/sensitivity-labels?view=o365-worldwide

On January 3, User1 creates a Microsoft Word document named Doc1 and applies Label1 to the document.... 3+28 = 31. Label can't be applied if document not even created

“ Editing or deleting a sensitivity label: If you delete a sensitivity label from the admin portal, the label is not automatically removed from content, and any protection settings continue to be enforced on content that had that label applied. If you edit a sensitivity label, the version of the label that was applied to content is what's enforced on that content.” The correct answer is B

“Assign permissions now” So on 2nd the permissions get applied and expires on 23rd (after 2+21) and then it is modified to 28 days so expires after 30th i.e, 31st. (2+28).

It is either B or D Label applied on Jan 3. Content expiry period (after 21 days) -> Initial setting Then it was increased it to (28 days) So either 3 + 21 = 24 or 3 + 28 = 31 Both are possible and I could not find any information which one is correct ..
