Answer : NO - File Creation date before Jan 01, 2019. Both the Created after and Modified after conditions should be met. (& logic) Yes, - Meets both the conditions No - Special permissions such as DENY are NOT preserved when migrating

3: No, because there is no user mapping file, the permission will be set to the default permission of the location to which it has been migrated in SPO, am I correct?
