I would go No, No, Yes. Device 1 not managed by Config Manager, not Intune

I believe the second one would be yes since device 1 is not included in co-managed devices (not in collection 2), therefore it would be managed by configuration manager

I think because device 1 is not in the collection 2, so it won't be managed by intune but by MECM instead
