This is the exact question as in Topic 2/Question: 35/Page 8, but the first answer there isn't the same as the one shown here.

Model-driven apps don't work for external users as customers, so it must be Power virtual agent.

Power Virtual Agents are chatbots that can be embedded on a website or other platforms. They can interact with customers, understand their inquiries, and retrieve information from databases, including inventory data, to provide real-time responses. This makes them an excellent choice for enabling customers to check store inventory directly from the company's website in an interactive and user-friendly manner. So the answer is A.

PVA is the right answer. You can not embed MD apps on the company website. PVA can fetch the results.

As we're talking about a D365 Supply Chain App and its integration with a Website, I'm thinking about the new "Inventory Visibility" capability, which is connected with Dataverse, so I would say it's possible to have a Model-driven app for inventory checking... https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/supply-chain/inventory/inventory-visibility The second must be Power Automate.

1. Power Virtual Agent 2. Power Automate Same question as Topic 2 Question 35 as mentioned by others. Cant use Model-driven app to check stock unless only customers on the website are authenticated users. Power BI can't be used as it doesn't generate a trigger when a 0 stock level is found by a customer. Answer 1 has to be Power Virtual Agent
