Should be guest access in org wide settings. It has now moved to users, guest access, screen sharing mode, single application.

First should be MEETING POLICIY as there is no option to specify which user can see what on screen, we can only specify what the presenter can present on screen (entire screen, single application, no enabled). Rest are correct

the first one should be meeting policies, because you can change what guest can view, only what your users are presenting to them. The setting in guest access only controls how the guest users share their screen.
