Require all users to register for Azure AD Multi-Factor Authentication

Answer: YES, YES, NO
Users can use other authenticators to setup MFA
Y/N/N should be

I agree to the Y/N/N answer. Security defaults once enabled will force users to use an OAUTH TOTP app but not necessarily the MS authenticator. The link provided by hufflepuff clearly states: "Users have 14 days to register for Azure AD Multi-Factor Authentication by using the Microsoft Authenticator app OR any app supporting OATH TOTP."
