HAFS will move from Node1 to Node3 if we test failover for the cluster.
Note: Test failover.
Test failover of the clustered resource to validate cluster functionality.
Take the following steps:
1. Connect to one of the SQL Server cluster nodes by using RDP.
2. Open Failover Cluster Manager. Select Roles. Notice which node owns the SQL Server FCI role.
3. Right-click the SQL Server FCI role.
4. Select Move, and then select Best Possible Node.
5. Failover Cluster Manager shows the role, and its resources go offline. The resources then move and come back online in the other node.

Box 2: Yes -
Node1 is the preferred owner.

Box 3: No -
Node2 is not a possible owner of the cluster.

Correct, Y,Y,N. To back up answer 1, Move... [to Best Possible Node] is a way to run a test failover. It does move the workload, even if it IS running on the best possible node (with the highest preference) already: "Test failover of the clustered resource to validate cluster functionality. Take the following steps: - Connect to one of the SQL Server cluster nodes by using RDP. - Open Failover Cluster Manager. Select Roles. Notice which node owns the SQL Server FCI role. - Right-click the SQL Server FCI role. - Select Move, and then select Best Possible Node." i rectify y,y,n noder 3 it's prefered owner (best option) but you select to -move- to best possible, so it move 2 second best option.

Correct Y, Y, N The first 2 question is straightforward. The last question is tricky: The Advanced Policies tab - Possible Owners meaning: https://forsenergy.com/en-us/cluadmin/html/8e1c1455-2f8b-400d-a6f8-378c8d7f4f7a.htm "Clear the check box for a node only if you want to prevent this resource (and the clustered service or application that contains this resource) from failing over to that node. Otherwise, leave the boxes checked for all nodes. Note that if you leave the box for only one node checked, this resource (and the clustered service or application that contains this resource) cannot fail over." As Node2 is not checked the cluster will never fail over to Node2, even if you try Move -> Select Node -> Node2. So the 3rd question is NO.
