C and D are correct, see below why: The "Stop-MigrationBatch" cmdlet is used to stop a migration batch that is currently running. However, in this scenario, the error message indicates that a problem occurred during the migration process, and the migration batch has already been stopped. Stopping a migration batch that is already stopped will not resolve the issue. Instead, you need to use the "Complete-MigrationBatch" cmdlet to complete the migration batch that was previously stopped, and the "Start-MigrationBatch" cmdlet to restart the migration batch from the point where it was stopped. These cmdlets allow you to skip over the items that caused the error and continue migrating the remaining items.
