A. Change the data type of Sales[region_id] to Whole Number. is correct, because the data type is INTEGER in Sales Region, Region_Manager and Targets.

"Sales by Region" report would require relationship between [Sales] and [Sales_Region] tables (additional break down views would require to link also data tables, manager table....) "region_id" field for [Sales] is VARCHAR data type while this field, not only in [Sales_Region] but in other tables, is INTEGER so we would require to change data type in [Sales] to WHOLE NUMBER. In [Weekly_Returns] table, the "sales_region_id" field is also VARCHAR and should be also changed to WHOLE NUMBER in case we would require regional details
