Correct solution should be C, I think: The requirements say: "Implement a custom conflict resolution policy for the product catalog data." At https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/cosmos-db/conflict-resolution-policies there is a note: "Custom conflict resolution policy is available only for API for NoSQL accounts and can be set only at creation time. It is not possible to set a custom resolution policy on an existing container." Therefore we need to create a new container if we want to have a custom resolution policy.
