No, it is SaaS No it does not, D365 is seperate Yes, you can integrate CRM with sharepoint etc

Sharepoint isn’t a M365 app. Also, Dynamics 365 doesn’t need any of the M365 apps to work.

maybe the key is that Dynamics 365 CRM does not depend on Microsoft 365 applications for its operation. However, it integrates with Microsoft 365 apps like Outlook, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint to provide enhanced functionality and a smoother experience for users. Therefore the answer to the third statement is NO.
