Actually there is a Purchase order confirmation workspace. It seems logical to make changes in a PO before sending a confirmation to the vendor.

"Purchase order preparation" workspace often involves the creation and initial setup of purchase orders, including entering details, quantities, and other relevant information. "Purchase order confirmation" workspace typically includes activities related to reviewing and confirming purchase orders. This may involve checking details, making adjustments, and finalizing the purchase orders before they are confirmed or sent to vendors.
