C. Running a connectivity test from the Microsoft Remote Connectivity Analyzer can help you identify if there are any issues with the connectivity between Exchange Online and Exchange Server. This tool tests various aspects of the connection, including Autodiscover, Free/Busy, and more. This will help identify if there are any issues with the connectivity between Exchange Online and Exchange Server that are preventing free/busy information from being shared. D. Running the Get-OrganizationRelationship cmdlet in Exchange Online can help you check the organization relationship between Exchange Online and Exchange Server. This cmdlet can provide information such as the status of the organization relationship, the date of the last successful synchronization, and the date of the last failure. This will help identify if there are any issues with the organization relationship between Exchange Online and Exchange Server that are preventing free/busy information from being shared.

Regarding this link we can state, that both answers are right: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/how-to-troubleshoot-free-busy-issues-in-a-hybrid-deployment-of-on-premises-exchange-server-and-exchange-online-in-office-365-ae03e199-b439-a84f-8db6-11bc0d7fbdf0 Install-FreeBusyFolder would be a correct answer for this scenario: "Free/busy information is unavailable in a hybrid deployment between Exchange Online and an on-premises Exchange 2003 organization or a mixed on-premises Exchange 2003 and Exchange 2007 organization"

Users hosted on Exchange Online report that they cannot view Exchange Server users’ free/busy information. Exchange Online users can view free/busy information for other Exchange Online users. Confusing! first say "Exchange Online report that they cannot view free/busy information" then say "Exchange Online users can view free/busy information"

I don't see where is the confusion, Exchange Online users can view free/busy information of online users but not on-prem ones.
