If E would have included GPS coordinates, instead of United States, it would have been correct as well. The GPS is there to throw you off. Easy enough question though. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/conditional-access/location-condition

Location 1 and Location 3, both the ones I had as well as they include the IP Ranges Subnet as Trusted locations
