It should be A (SCVMM). I have worked taking logs from VMM for troubleshooting ASR. I would discard Azure monitor because it is not enabled by default, and there are not specifications that it might be logging anything. I would discard NSGs because ASR communication uses the Internet by default. This traffic does not go by the NSG.
