To increase the number of virtual cores associated with a Power BI Premium capacity, you need to have the capacity admin role. The capacity admin is responsible for managing the capacity settings, including the number of virtual cores, memory, and other resources allocated to the capacity.

From your link: Power BI admins and global administrators can change Power BI Premium capacity. Capacity admins who aren't a Power BI admin or global administrator don't have this option. So correct is D

Answer D After you have purchased capacity nodes in Microsoft 365, you set up the capacity in the Power BI admin portal. You manage Power BI Premium capacities in the Capacity settings section of the portal. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/enterprise/service-admin-premium-manage#manage-capacity
