Shouldn't this be Audit Log, and then; Activity? as when clicking on Activity you can sellect "accessed file" as a next step?

The filtering happens after the search has been run: "You can export the results of an audit log search to a comma-separated value (CSV) file on your local computer. You can open this file in Microsoft Excel and use features such as search, sorting, filtering, and splitting a single column (that contains multiple properties) into multiple columns."
