Yeah the second statement is confusing and so is the explanation for statement two, why would the Admin Templates be loaded from DC02, wouldn't DC01 just use it's own local policy definitions in C:\Windows\PolicyDefinitions.

%systemroot% brings the local Windows folder. The second statement can't be right.
