Answer is correct. when you prepare AD and domains for Exchange, you can validate work is complete checking both of them: ADSI Edit and Exchange setup log. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/exchange/plan-and-deploy/prepare-ad-and-domains?view=exchserver-2019#how-do-you-know-this-worked
