Virtual Network in Azure is free of charge. Every subscription is allowed to create up to 50 Virtual Networks across all regions. In this price page, in netwroking, there is no item called Netwrok interface, so it is free.

Yes but that is not the solution/question... the solution is that "you remove the unused network int. and does this reduce the cost for the firm?" which it does not as mentioned in the answer.
