We can not delete an entity that is a part of a Managed solution. B is wrong. As dependency for an entity is present, we can not delete it. C is wrong System-defined entities can not be deleted. D is also wrong.

A is the only logical solution. You cannot delete any part of managed solution so b is wrong,

If the entity you wish to remove is part of a managed solution you will not be able to remove it directly. You would need to remove the entire managed solution. https://community.dynamics.com/crm/b/crmandunifiedservicedesk/posts/mb2-716-customizing-and-configuration-entities
