It says it's for both. So 1st one is a yes.
Defender for Identity is fully integrated with Microsoft Defender XDR, and leverages signals from both on-premises Active Directory and cloud identities to help you better identify, detect, and investigate advanced threats directed at your organization.
I am seeing the first one as a Y

Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps is a Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB) that operates on multiple clouds. It provides rich visibility, control over data travel, and sophisticated analytics to identify and combat cyberthreats across all your cloud services. The answer is YES
Microsoft Defender for Identity is a security solution that captures signals from Windows Active Directory deployed on-premise and Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) in the cloud. It processes these signals and uses them to detect, investigate, and respond to threats, including malicious insiders and compromised accounts. The answer is YES
I assume top question is really Active Directory but could be wrong. I have seen these questions improperly transcribed before compared to the actual ms-900 question. Could be a way of tracking copycats, could be bad memorization.
I am with you on this one. Cloud app security, renamed since then to Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps does not let the user do anything, it's a service running, to discover apps.
