A - No, user shares his/her screen with the admin. elevated promps/UAC popups can be seen/filled in with the right policies. B - No, with Teamviewer user shares his/her screen with the admin C - No, user shares his/her screen with the admin E - Disrupts with users desktop as it takes over the computer and logs off the user D remains. As far as i can find, D - Windows Admin Center - is mostly used for servers and VMs. Cannot find anything about physical machines.

For me, the best solution is Intune with the use of Remote Help. Quick Help and Remote Help are unable to elevate privileges if the user to be helped is not an administrator of the device. In this case, administrator credentials cannot be entered in UAC windows. Therefore, the security event log cannot be displayed and therefore does not meet all the requirements of the application. Remote Help, with the right RBAC configuration, can perform a privilege elevation. Admin center and Remote Dekstop are for sure not the best solutions.

Therefore, the security event log cannot be displayed and therefore does not meet all the requirements of the question. * https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/mem/intune/fundamentals/remote-help

When I put the question in ChatGPT it says "Windows Admin Center" :-) Let's just use links to KB's and tests that were run by users themselves instead of a learning chatbot.

A. Quick Assist is the tool that meets the requirements. Quick Assist is a built-in Windows 10 tool that allows you to remotely assist another person with their computer. It's designed to be a quick and easy solution for help desk administrators to connect to a user's computer and perform troubleshooting without disrupting the user's desktop. Quick Assist allows you to remotely view services, performance counters, registry settings, and event logs, making it a great choice for your scenario. While Intune does offer remote management capabilities for devices enrolled in its management platform, it is not specifically designed for the use case of remote assistance and troubleshooting. Intune primarily focuses on managing device settings and security policies, rather than providing a direct remote connection to the user's desktop. For the specific requirements listed, Quick Assist is the better choice as it provides a more direct and focused solution for remote assistance and troubleshooting. While Intune can be used to remotely access devices, it may not offer the same level of granular control and visibility into the user's desktop as Quick Assist.

Then the answer should have been: "Intune with TeamViewer" but it doesn't. Intune on itself doesn't meet the requirements.
