I believe question 1 maybe threat protection as Use Threat Explorer (and real-time detections) to filter All email events by the value ZAP for the Additional action column. You can use Mailflow for the following Use the Mailflow view in the Mailflow status report to see the number of ZAP-affected messages for the specified date range. So Mailflow will work for a specific date range however Threat protection would collect all data collected on ZAP
