✅ Step 1: Open the Background color dialog for the Revenue column This targets the specific field you want to format. You access this by selecting the dropdown next to Revenue in the Values well of the table visual, then choosing Conditional formatting → Background color. ✅ Step 2: Set Format style to Rules This tells Power BI you want to apply custom logic rather than a color scale or field value. The Rules option allows you to define specific value ranges and assign colors to each. ✅ Step 3: Add and configure a new rule for each value range You define the logic like: If value ≥ 0 and < 2 → Red If value ≥ 2 and < 4 → Yellow If value ≥ 4 and ≤ 5 → Green Each rule maps a numeric range to a color, giving you precise control over how the background color reflects the data.

Given option is the "standard" and more usual way to proceed... but since we have color codes in the table, if the table would be available in the data model and there would be a column stating the range as in the left column in this table, we could also use the "Field Value" option to set the conditional formatting. Since it's not clear table is available in the data model, let's stick to the "usual way"
