Sales- Standard, Marketing - Shared It was never specified that only a small number of people inside the Sales team can see the Customer Reviews. it was implied that everyone inside the Sales team can look at customer reviews. hence it should be standard channel

I think the first one is standard because everyone in Teams Sales has to be part of the Customer's Reviews Channel.

bcz Marketing team must collaborate with the Sales team Private channel is used for interaction bets users in the team itself and shared channel is used for interacting with another teams
