This is clearly an old question when Enterprise was not yet around, we must assume basic WIndows 365. For me N N Y if based on Windows 365 for Business. Windows 365 is not multi session in either version.

Windows 365 Business does not require Intune Licence, W365 Enterprise does.
MS has since released W365 Enterprise Multi-session PCs, but you cannot upgrade old Business or Enterprise PCs to Multi-session.
