https://getnerdio.com/resources/windows-365-vs-azure-virtual-desktop-avd-comparing-two-daas-products/ Azure Virtual Desktop supports all current versions of Windows, including Windows 10 Enterprise (single session), EVD (multi-session) and Server 2012/2016/2019. Windows 365 cloud PCs only support Windows 10 Enterprise (single session) since they are dedicated, non-multi-user desktops.

Yes, users must have an Intune license to manage Windows 365 Cloud PCs through Intune. Specifically, for Windows 365 Enterprise, users need licenses for Windows E3, Intune, Microsoft Entra ID P1, and Windows 365 No, Windows 365 does not support multi-session Windows OS. Windows 365 Cloud PCs are designed for single-user experiences, meaning each Cloud PC is dedicated to one user at a time Yes, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) uses FSLogix to store user profile data efficiently. FSLogix profile containers help roam user profiles in remote computing environments, ensuring a seamless experience across session hosts

Users must have a Microsoft Intune license to use Windows 365. No While Intune can be used to manage Windows 365 devices, it is not a mandatory requirement. Windows 365 can be managed through other methods as well. Windows 365 uses a multi-session Windows operating system. No Windows 365 is designed for single-session use, providing each user with a dedicated Windows instance. Multi-session capabilities are a feature of Azure Virtual Desktop. Azure Virtual Desktop uses a FSLogix container to store user profile data. Yes Azure Virtual Desktop utilizes FSLogix technology to manage and store user profiles in containers, allowing for faster logins and a consistent user experience across sessions.

This is clearly an old question when Enterprise was not yet around, we must assume basic WIndows 365. For me N N Y if based on Windows 365 for Business. Windows 365 is not multi session in either version.

This is an old question. Windows 365 Business does not require Intune Licence, W365 Enterprise does. MS has since released W365 Enterprise Multi-session PCs, but you cannot upgrade old Business or Enterprise PCs to Multi-session.

The second question is vague. Windows 365 for business does not require Intune, but Windows 365 for Enterprise does. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-365/business-enterprise-comparison

This article suggests that the first question should be 'yes' - ie intune license IS required to use Windows 365 https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-365/enterprise/requirements?tabs=enterprise%2Cent

2nd is No - Windows 365 is a dedicated user virtual machine. Azure virtual desktop is a multi-session alternative, as this uses FSLogix containers to host all users accounts.
