Selected Answer: B
B. Azure Policy Azure Policy allows you to define and enforce policies that control the resources in your Azure environment. By creating a policy that specifies which virtual machine extensions are allowed, you can ensure compliance across all session hosts in your host pool with minimal administrative overhead.

Selected Answer: B
Azure Policy allows you to create and apply policies that enforce specific rules and conditions on your Azure resources, including virtual machines and extensions. You can define custom policies or use built-in policies to control what extensions can be installed on virtual machines. This minimizes administrative effort as you can centrally manage and enforce these policies across your environment without relying on manual configurations or individual host-based solutions like Group Policy.

Agree with ZokiZokic2023 B while ARM templates can be used, the question asks that only approved extensions are installed. Azure policy would allow/prohibit this behavior
