I would say B is correct answer. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/cqd-upload-tenant-building-data - endpoint file contains information on end user devices.

The Endpoint data file is used to provide information about the devices that are being used in the environment, including the device name, IP address, and user information. This data is used to correlate with call quality metrics and to provide more detailed information about the sources of call quality issues.==D i will not go with B coz : uploading the Building data file in the Microsoft Call Quality Dashboard, is used to provide information about the physical location of devices, which can be used to identify trends in call quality issues across different locations. It is not directly related to reviewing Wired Inside data.
