My guess would be: 1) Power Apps 2)PVA 3)PVA Skills are created the PVA tool AFAIK, and I would think that "create a support request" is just another way of saying that you end the conversation with an escalation (with a transfer to an agent if possible), which is also done in the PVA tool?
