Provided answer (C) is correct. You can prevent OOF by creating a remote domain in Exchange/Mail Flow/Remote domains. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/exchange/mail-flow-best-practices/remote-domains/remote-domains A rule would be used to allow individual OOF but not to disable it at all
