Your network contains an Active Directory domain. The domain contains a computer named Computer1 that runs Windows 8.1.

Computer1 has apps that are compatible with Windows 10.

You need to perform a Windows 10 in-place upgrade on Computer1.

Solution: You copy the Windows 10 installation media to a Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT) deployment share. You create a task sequence, and then you run the MDT deployment wizard on Computer1.

Selected Answer: A
A is the correct answer as MDT is the only way to deploy win10 with an in place upgrade, besides locally through the OS, or via a network share through the OS again. It doesnt matter if it doesnt state the exact Task Sequence to be used, but the fact that it can be done Via MDT.

Technically you can use MDT to do in-place upgrade.this really depends on what kind of task sequence template is chosen, its too broad to say just create task sequence; if you choose the standard task sequence it will just wipe the machine and install windows10, for this to be correct you need to choose a "Template: Standard Client Upgrade Task Sequence" to do an in-place upgrade. so for me the answer is no.
