Although C is the correct answer from the given choices. But I wanted to discuss regarding this. I just read in a course that all owners can access the run history for button flow. Please read the text below. "When you share the button using the share command you add users as owners of the flow. Adding another owner allows others to edit, update and delete this flow. All owners can also access the run history ..." Is this correct for all types of flows or just for button flows?

C Is correct for button flows. The text that you have pasted is for Team flows (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-automate/create-team-flows)

True I've tested this myself by assign a Flow to another user. Once shared to the second user, they are also able to see the full run history. (from even before they were added as owners). C is the only correct answer from the provided options, but technically it's not just the person who created it, but any owner of the Flow can see the Run history.
