I would exercise on prem CAL use rights with M365 so the Enterprise CALs wouldnt be needed

How come it's not office 365 and EMS. Don't they already have Windows 10 enterprise? Wouldn't be more cost effective to purchase the other components of M365? It's confusing I hope someone has a convincing answer

Since they want to include the latest features of Windows 10, then Microsoft 365 should take care of it. I believe the right answer is A.

maybe for the Sharpoint as it requires both standard and enterprise cal for some functionalities
