N N N Reasons: 1) User 1 has role Teams Admin assigned, shich is not is not one of the following roles, so not exempted from this policy. - Global admin, Partner Tier 1/2 Support, User account admin 2) From User 2, State attribute is missing. Though it's recommended that all the attributes, used in this policy, are present, it's not mandatory. So configuring a State or Province for User2 is not required. 3) Suffixes, according to the question, are: GRP-<Department>-<StateOrProvince>. So the resulting group name for User 3 will be: Projects-GRP-Support-CA, which is different from the given statement. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/solutions/groups-naming-policy?view=o365-worldwide

Feel like the hotspot info is inaccurate. You wouldn't see "add suffix" twice, you should always see "add prefix" and "add suffix" but in this picture you have two separate areas named "add suffix" and I think it was meant to say "add prefix" and "add suffix" So depending on what is actually trying to be conveyed here the answer to question 3 will differ. But here is fact: The user creating the Team who is missing an attribute used in the naming policy will still be able to create the Team no problem, it just won't include that missing attribute in the name. Lab it up and see for yourself. So answer here could be either N, N, N, or N, N, Y - when you actually get this question on the exam it will make more sense because the question will be presented correctly =P

You are incorrect in the 3) portion. Groupo naming policies do not add dashes or spaces in between prefixes, suffixes or Group name, per the policy in the image the result would be: ProjectsGRPSupportCA No dashes, they would have to be added as a String in between Attributes

N,N,Y Admin override Some administrators are exempted from these policies, across all group workloads and endpoints, so that they can create groups with these blocked words and with their desired naming conventions. The following are the list of administrator roles exempted from the group naming policy. Global admin Partner Tier 1 Support Partner Tier 2 Support User account admin https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/solutions/groups-naming-policy?view=o365-worldwide

normaly i would agree with you, but none of these policie-attributes has a catch, so in my opinion, they are inactive. If the policy is inactive, wahts the right answer? YNN? NNN?

NNY is correct, 1) There are no roles that are completely exempt from all messaging policies in Microsoft 365. Even administrators are subject to some policies, albeit with broader permissions than standard users. However, certain roles have more extensive control over how policies apply to them. As you say there doesn't appear to have any catch. 2) as per Paulus01, it's not mandatory. So configuring a State or Province for User2 is not required 3)also as per dadadave, Group name, per the policy in the image the result would be: ProjectsGRPSupportCA

NN same reason as Paulus01 but Y for 3rd as You wouldn't see "add suffix" twice, you should always see "add prefix" and "add suffix" but in this picture you have two separate areas named "add suffix" and I think it was meant to say "add prefix" and "add suffix" (might be print mistake)
