Channel moderation is available for standard channels on Teams for desktop or web. It's not available for the general channel or private channels. https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/change-moderator-roles-and-settings-in-a-channel-6ac54758-3440-4f6a-9bd5-cebf97cb7ea6

I think it was not. But when i check the teams client now you can clearly see a more limited Moderation setting there. Go check yourself. Hopefully this question is not in the exam.

I think the question is wrong. There is NO "General" type channel, channel types include Standard, Shared, and Private, but NOT "General". The default General channel has type Standard. And General channel does support channel moderation. So, if the question has correct General channel type Standrad, answer is A. Otherwise, chose C.

The correct answer is A. The General channel on any Microsoft Teams workspace is a STANDARD channel (a "General" channel type does not exist) that allows limited moderation settings to be enabled. While you cannot assign any team members as moderators of the General channel, you can set it to "Teams owners only" and effectively achieve moderation. https://practical365.com/understanding-types-teams-channels/ https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/teams-channels-overview#channel-feature-comparison

I found this question is funny because I don't really know which is the correct answer. In my environment, I see Moderation options if I go to Teams client -> Teams in left pane -> ellipsis simbol at any General (default) channel -> Manage channel. But there is no "On/Off" option on this page as opposed to other standard channels. What I really want to know is which is considered as "correct" answer in the real exam.

In a limited way. It is different comparing to non-General channel. I would say it doesn't count as "supports"..

El canal general que se crea por defecto con un equipo de Teams NO puede moderarse, no tiene esa opción para configurarse: No está disponible para el canal general ni para los canales privados.

Try it for yourself. It is but it is limited to Team Owners only. You cannot add regular members as moderators in General, but you can certainly set it up.
