ANSWER IS DEFINITELY C: Send Remote Assistance Request Remote Assistance will allow both you and the manager to see and utilize the same desktop. You only want the Manager to input their credentials into the UAC. You do not need the Manager to take full control (and view) of the desktop.

he is out of town, to use remote desktop you should be in the same network, if the answer is D, they should have mentioned vpn or external RDP option maybe

it is "Send a request". this exam will be on 2016 and windows 10. they won't ask 2008R2 questions anymore. however it is vital to study all questions as they will replace 2008 R2 with 2016 in the wording.

this question pops up in the security fundamentals exam (98-367) the answer is definitely C- send a request.

i think the confusing thing is in win server 2008 r2 the correct answer is c - remote assistance. however i think win server 2016 does things differently. the question specifies server 2016

The part that says "in your session" makes it clear. Should be Remote assistance

I would agree with ask for remote assistance as in the question it states "You must perform routine maintenance" asking the manger to remote desktop into the server wouldn't give you access .
