What a ridiculous question... none of those are going to change amount of time on support. They may even increase it! Not a good question.

FIY, 'A' would require interacting with the user which will waste valuable time. 'B' makes sense because they used the word "Upgrade" and not "Update", so I assume they mean upgrading from Win7/8 to Win10 which will save them time dealing with issues in the long run..

absolute nonsense question - how can you ascertain that will reduce user support. Not going to reduce user support if you just introduce autopilot and dont have a fully configured intune environment !

No, MS will support your IT team. It will still need to be the IT team to communicate with the user.
