Not a real pro with ldifde, but I will take a shot at this. The question states the user is in the users container so the first section needs to have: (CN=Users) not (OU=Users) It doesn't make sense to add a delete, or to delete a delete. I would go with: Modify, and delete:postofficebox

I dunno about that. CN (common name) user1 and OU (orginizational unit) users makes sense to me. Except that only applies if a dividing line is missing between it and the gibberish below.
