An organization uses Mule runtimes which are managed by Anypoint Platform - Private Cloud Edition. What MuleSoft component is responsible for feeding analytics data to non-MuleSoft analytics platforms?
In a customer-hosted environment (Anypoint Platform – Private Cloud Edition), each Mule runtime embeds the Runtime Manager Agent.
That agent collects the operational and API analytics generated by the runtime and, when configured, forwards those events directly to external analytics or monitoring tools (Splunk, ELK, Datadog, etc.). The platform-side components—Runtime Manager, API Manager, Exchange—receive data from the runtimes but do not push it to third-party systems themselves; the forwarding originates in the Mule runtime process.
