You can get synchronous replication in Clustered ONTAP by using MetroCluster, but SnapMirror is asynchronous

I agree with C. Metro cluster IP.. look at the question again.. it wants All replication between all sites must also replicate the SVM configuration.. The only way to replicate SVM configuration is SVM-DR and Metro-Cluster. Snapmirror Synchronous is at the volume level. So how would SVM configuration get across ?

From MetroCluster IP The information, referred to as objects, that are replicated includes the cluster configuration and the storage virtual machine (SVM) configuration

In fact it is B, cause as far as I understand you can use SM-S on SVM replication as well. And the third site can be ignored as it has a different peering.

They are only referencing sites A and B at the end of the question, including the SVM configuration. I would think only those sites would use B. Snap Mirror Synchronous
