Another way to think of this is "which of these are the only ones that make sense to be able to search via Global Search?" There's no way you'd expect to type in a date or time and get EVERY result that matches? That would be a nightmare! Email or phone makes sense.
A voting comment increases the vote count for the chosen answer by one.
Upvoting a comment with a selected answer will also increase the vote count towards that answer by one.
So if you see a comment that you already agree with, you can upvote it instead of posting a new comment.
