An Administrator renamed the Customer record type to Client and you would like to search for a customer named Acme Inc. Which keywords would you enter in a Global Search? (Choose two.)
The correct answers are B & C.
Option B is correct. When you rename the record in the global search you should use as keywords the first characters of the renamed record.
Option C will show the record that matches exactly that name.
Option A might present more than one result.
Option D will not work
The correct answers are A and D.
You would enter “Acme%” in the Global Search because the percent symbol is used as a wildcard character to search for all customer names starting with Acme.
You would also enter “cu: Acme Inc” in the Global Search because “cu” is the search prefix for customers.
