Correct answer is B. This statement is false. Route reflectors within different clusters do not need to be fully meshed with each other. Each cluster operates independently in terms of route reflection, and inter-cluster communication is managed through route advertisements rather than direct iBGP peering. As for option "D" This statement is true. A route reflector adds its Cluster ID to the Cluster List attribute to prevent routing loops.
