as source IP and Port as well as distination source and IP are defined for criteria then Match action is drop. so when above criteris of source and destinations is MET, then action will be dropped. for other traffic , default action in above table (right top corner) is set to FORWARD. so once criteria of soucre and destination in not met, that traffic will be forwarded
