Selected Answer: D
D. Create an Endpoint for the IIS server and a Runbook that restarts the service This option provides a clean and manageable way to handle service restarts. By creating an endpoint and a runbook, you give operators a dedicated mechanism to perform the restart, which can be executed as needed without modifying the core blueprint for other development tasks. This approach is also scalable and aligns well with best practices in service management and automation.

Selected Answer: B
It should be B. We have to select Restart action for a service under Execute task section of the service not Application Profile.
